Anomaly Hospital: Night Shift · Testiq LLC · Effective 23 October 2026

This policy explains what data the Android game Anomaly Hospital: Night Shift (package io.testiq.anomalyhospital, "the game") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The game is published by Testiq LLC ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected].

The short version. The game has no accounts and asks for no name, email or other personal details. Your progress is saved on your phone only. The game shows ads through Google AdMob and measures how it is used through Google Firebase Analytics; those services receive device identifiers and usage data as described below. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before ads are personalised, and you can change your choice at any time in the game's Settings.

1. Data we collect ourselves

None that identifies you. The game stores your saves, settings, Night Book progress, the state of your Remove Ads purchase and your notification preferences on your device. This data never leaves the device through us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and delete the thread when it is resolved.

2. Data collected by services inside the game

The game includes software from Google. Each service collects data under Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and the terms below.

ServiceWhat it is forData it receives
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) Shows the banner, interstitial, rewarded, app-open and native ads that keep the game free, and measures them. Your device's advertising ID, IP address (which gives an approximate location), device make, model, OS and language, app and SDK version, which ads were shown or tapped, and your consent choices. AdMob and its ad partners may use this to personalise ads where you have allowed it. Google's list of ad technology providers is at support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903.
Google Firebase Analytics Tells us how the game is played: which screens are used, how far players get, whether ads and purchases work, and where the game needs fixing. A random app-instance identifier, the advertising ID (unless you have limited ad tracking), device make, model, OS and language, country (from the IP address), session timing and in-game events such as shifts started, ads shown and purchases made. No names, emails or message contents.
Google Firebase Remote Config Lets us adjust game settings, such as how often ads appear, without an update. The same app-instance identifier and device details as Analytics, used to fetch the settings.
Google Play Billing Handles the Remove Ads purchase. Google Play processes the payment under its own terms; we never see your payment details. The game receives a purchase token to confirm the entitlement and keeps it on the device.
Local notifications Reminds you about the next night shift, if you allow notifications. Scheduled on the device only. Nothing is sent anywhere. You can turn them off in the game's Settings or in Android's app settings.

3. Advertising and consent

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form before personalised ads are served, as required by the GDPR and the UK and Swiss equivalents. You can see or change your choices at any time through Settings → Privacy in the game. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not based on your advertising ID.

Anywhere else, you can limit ad personalisation through your device: on Android, Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) lets you delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalisation.

4. Why we process this data (legal bases)

5. Who the data is shared with

Only the Google services named above and, through AdMob, the ad technology providers Google works with. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with other third parties unless the law requires it.

6. How long data is kept

Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the game. Firebase Analytics keeps event data for up to 14 months; AdMob keeps ad data according to Google's retention rules. We keep support emails until the question is resolved.

7. Children

The game has horror themes and is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the game and data was collected, write to [email protected] and we will see that it is deleted.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data held about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, most of these rights are exercised through your device and your Google account:

For anything else, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

California residents. We do not sell personal information. The use of advertising identifiers for personalised ads may count as "sharing" under the CCPA; you can opt out through the consent form or Android's ad settings described in section 3. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. International transfers

Google's services may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Google relies on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards for those transfers.

10. Security

Data between the game and Google's services travels over encrypted connections. We keep no servers of our own that hold player data.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change what the game collects, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the game's update notes.
