Anomaly HospitalTerms of Service
These terms apply to the Android game Anomaly Hospital: Night Shift ("the game") published by Testiq LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game or any part of it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Google Play's terms.
2. Ownership
The game, its characters, art, writing, music, code and the name Anomaly Hospital are owned by Testiq LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
3. Ads and purchases
The game is free and shows advertisements. A one-time in-app purchase, Remove Ads, turns off banner, interstitial and app-open ads; rewarded ads that you choose to watch for an in-game benefit remain available. Purchases are made through Google Play under Google's terms and refund policy. Restoring a purchase on another device uses the same Google account through Restore purchases in the game's shop.
In-game items such as coins, upgrades and the Night Book have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money and may change with updates.
4. Your conduct
Do not cheat, tamper with the game's files or ads, or interfere with the services the game uses. We may stop providing the game to a device that does.
5. Content
The game is a work of fiction with horror themes and is intended for players aged 13 and over. Nothing in it is medical advice; its clinic, instruments and treatments are invented for play. Do not rely on anything in the game for a real medical decision.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. Updates may change gameplay, balance, ads or in-game items. We do not promise that the game will always be available or free of errors.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the game and the services inside it collect. It is part of these terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will meet your needs, work on every device or be uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Testiq LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the game, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.
10. Termination
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 2, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Testiq LLC is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
